We aim to ship orders four times a week, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Parcels are usually delivered a day after being shipped.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CUT OFF TIMES TO PLACE ORDERS AND THE DELIVERY DAYS ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED.
Orders placed on Monday by 10pm will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Tuesday by 10pm will be delivered on Thursday. Orders placed on Wednesday by 10pm will be delivered on Friday. Orders placed between Wednesday after 10pm and Sunday by 10pm will be delivered on Tuesday. We aim to deliver orders between the hours of 7am and 4pm. On occasions deliveries would be done beyond this time scale depending on the route and the courier's schedule of the day.
It is the buyer's duty to make sure there would be someone at the delivery address to accept the parcel AND that there is access to the delivery address and/or the requested secure place. If you wish for your package to be left in a secure place of your own choosing we accept no liability for any damage or loss resulting thereof.
We ship to UK Mainland addresses only.
Our orders are delivered by a third party company namely DHL PARCEL UK. In the event that your order cannot be delivered the courier will leave a "missed delivery" card containing their contact details and instructions on how to book a re-delivery OR alternatively you can arrange with the courier to go and collect your package from their holding depot.
We will NOT be held responsible for any failed delivery AND a refund will be refused where;
1. the buyer was not available to accept the package,
2. the buyer provided a wrong delivery address,
3. the buyer's delivery address is, for any reasons, not accessible for delivery,
4. the buyer or their representative refuses to accept the package without proper explanation,
5. the courier left a card and the buyer failed to make contact with the courier to arrange a re-delivery for the next working day.
As our products are highly perishable, the onus is on the buyer to actively track their order using the tracking number provided by the us following the despatch of their order.
The details we provide to the buyer after we despatch their order contain the tracking number, the website from where to track the order, the day and the time frames the package is expected to be delivered. It is the buyer's prerogative to actively track their order and to promptly make contact with the courier should the order not arrive on the day AND within the time frames provided by us.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US PRIOR TO CONTACTING THE COURIER.
ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE FAILED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE COURIER AND PLEASE DO SO ON THE SAME DAY YOU CONTACTED THE COURIER.
CONTACT WITH THE COURIER SHOULD BE MADE WITHOUT FAIL ON THE SAME DAY (after 4pm) THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MISSED. FAILURE TO ADHERING TO THIS WILL RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO REFUND YOU FOR YOUR ORDER.
We will not accept any responsibility AND a request for a refund will NOT be entertained, where the buyer fails to promptly make contact with the courier following a missed delivery. Details of how to contact the courier are found on the courier's website when you track the parcel using the tracking details which we provide you with after we despatch your order.
If after your order has been despatched and for any reason you will not be available to accept your order on the day it is expected to be delivered, please use the details we sent you after despatching your order to arrange delivery at the alternative address or for them to hold delivery for you to go and collect. Please do not contact us for these arrangements after we have despatched your order.
Any delivery date and time indicated by the company is an estimate given by the company in good faith and the company cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the buyer by a delayed delivery.
While every effort is made to dispatch orders on time and by the use of professional delivery companies we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
