This pack contains 12 chakalaka chipolata pork sausages.
Pork 75%, Water 19%, Wheat Bran, Gluten, Salt, Spices (Irradiated), Flavourings, Maize, Phosphates, Preservative, Sodium Sulphite, Spice Extracts, Ascorbic Acid, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Filled into Natural Hog casing.

1. Grill in oven and turn periodically for 20 minutes or until well cooked. Do not prick the sausage while cooking.
2. Place in a frying pan, add a splash of water to steam the sausage under low heat for 15 minutes or until well done. Add a little oil if needed and fry or brown the sausages accordingly. Do not prick the sausage while cooking.
FROZEN: Keep frozen. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
CHILLED: Keep chilled <5 Degrees Celsius. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase or the day you receive the product but not later than 2 days before "Use By" date and use within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and cook within 24 hours.
