We aim to deliver orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays Except On Bank Holidays where there will be NO dispatches or deliveries.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CUT OFF TIMES TO PLACE ORDERS AND THE DELIVERY DAYS ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED.

Orders will be despatched TWICE a WEEK with no exception ie Mondays & Wednesdays!!!

Orders placed between Monday and Tuesday by 10pm will be despatched on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday at the earliest. 

Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday by 10pm will be despatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest. We aim to deliver orders between the hours of 7am and 4pm. On occasions deliveries would be done beyond this time scale depending on the route and the courier's schedule of the day. 

It is the buyer's duty to make sure there would be someone at the delivery address to accept the parcel AND that there is access to the delivery address and/or the requested secure place. If you wish for your package to be left in a secure place of your own choosing we accept no liability for any damage or loss resulting thereof. 

We ship to UK Mainland addresses only. 

Our orders are delivered by APC Overnight Couriers and their associated subsidiaries. In the event that your order cannot be delivered the courier will leave a card at your address containing their contact details and instructions on how to re-book delivery or the depot from which to collect your package. 

We will NOT be held responsible for failed deliveries where:

1. the buyer was not available to accept the package,

2. the buyer provided wrong delivery address,

3. the buyer's delivery address is, for whatever reason, not accessible for delivery,

4. buyer or their representative refuses to accept the package,

5. courier left card and buyer failed to make contact with courier to rearrange delivery within a reasonable time. 

We will not accept any cancellations of orders arising from failed deliveries where the buyer was not available to accept their package. 

We encourage buyers to actively track their orders using the tracking number provided by the company following confirmation of the order.

Any delivery date and time indicated by the company is an estimate given by the company in good faith and the company cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the buyer by a delayed delivery.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders on time and by the use of professional delivery companies we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
