INGREDIENTS: Beef (46%), Pork (32%), Lamb (14%),Water, Seasoning (Salt,-Spices and Spice Extracts, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Preservative: Sodium Metabi, SULPHITE, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, Antioxidant (Sodium Erythobete). Filled into Hog Casings.
ALLERGY ADVICE: See ingredients above in CAPITALS and BOLD. May not be suitable for people with Wheat Gluten, Soya Bean, Egg and Milk allergies.
COOKING GUIDE:
1. Grill in oven and turn periodically for 20 minutes or until well cooked. DO NOT PRICK the sausages while cooking.
2. Place in a frying pan, add a splash of water to steam the sausages under low heat for 15-20 minutes or until well done. Add a little oil if needed and fry or brown the sausages accordingly. DO NOT PRICK the sausages while cooking.
3. Suitable to barbecue under low heat until well cooked. DO NOT PRICK the sausage while cooking.
THE SECRET TO A GOOD SAUSAGE IS TO COOK SLOW AND LOW
STORAGE INFORMATION:
FROZEN: Keep frozen. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
CHILLED: Keep chilled <5 Degrees Celsius. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase or the day you receive the product but not later than 2 days before "Use By" date and use within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and cook within 24 hours.
