Ingredients: British Pork 91%, Water 5%, Wheat Gluten, Maize, Salt, Emulsifier, Seasoning, Herbs(irradiated), Potassium Chloride, Flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), Preservative; Sodium Sulphite, Spice extracts, Flavouring. Filled in natural hog casing.

1. Grill in oven and turn periodically for 20 minutes or until well cooked. Do not prick the sausage while cooking.
2. Place in a frying pan, add a splash of water to steam the sausage under low heat for 15 minutes or until well done. Add a little oil if needed and fry or brown the sausage accordingly. Do not prick the sausage while cooking.
3. Suitable to barbecue under low heat until well cooked. Do not prick the sausage while cooking.
FROZEN: Keep frozen. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
CHILLED: Keep chilled <5 Degrees Celsius. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase or the day you receive the product but not later than 2 days before "Use By" date and use within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and cook within 24 hours.
